You feel isolated, discouraged, overwhelmed or even helpless.
As an immigrant myself I have been there. I have lived experiences of the stresses, challenges, and the difficulties that you are facing trying to adapt to a new culture. I have a good understanding of cross-cultural issues and the challenges that you face as an immigrant.
